If you use all ripe chikoo then you can avoid this. Unripe chikoo has a white sticky latex substance that makes lip sticky. Well thats because some of the chikku in your batch might be unripe one. Chikoo is a seasonal fruit and is mostly available during Indian summers. The natural sweetness of chikku makes it best fruit for milkshake recipes. Growing up we would have chikoo milkshake often during the summers. Add the flesh to a blender/mixer along with 100 ml of milk and sugar.
